loving shower

my good good everfriend from highschool, kate, is going to get married at september 10 with her college boyfriend, bj. and i'm truly happy for her coz she goddamn deserves it. and to be happy and to be with a person whom she loves and who loves her more. i also am so grateful that tinie (also a certified everfriend) and i will be their veil minister. that means, i have to look extra gorgeous coz i would have several pictures and i'd be in the video too. vanity strikes.

it was yesterday that kate, bj and some friends arranged a dinner. but since i came home at around 4pm. i wasn't able to attend. actually i lied to them kasi sabi ko, galing ako work, pro galing talaga ko sa trinoma to meet my old friends from IBM (read my previous post) mismanagement of time kung bakit di ako nakapunta and besides, akala ko eh may resistensiya ako ni varga who can do anything!. char!.

i woke up at 10pm na. i checked my cell and i missed lots of call from them. coz they're already in the surprise shower party of kate which was planned and organized by her twin sis, also a good friend, kris. i called back right away to ask kung hanggang anong oras sila dun para kung pwede pa ko sumunod. and they said that they'll be there until kinabukasan. so fasteret ako sa pagligo at pag-ayos para maka-tumbling ako dun kasi kris said that there'll be a male stripper!. ahihi.. it was in bsa mansion pala near greenbelt.

i was able to get there in the nick of time kasi maya2 eh lumabas na yung stripper and oh my f*cking ass he looks like my old flame from high school ping!.. so eerie.. pro alexis (the name? of the stripper) is older and much heavier. in fernez, talaga.. ka-fez xa ng ultimate love kong si ping!. so prang may pantasya factor i2.. ahihi.. kris said that alexis is working at adonis which is a gay bar i guess, i don't know i'm not familiar!. char!. he went all the way.. making some of us feel and touched 'it'.. and i was one of them. eh hindi ko naman gusto talaga!. char!. sa sobrang hindi ko gusto eh i can't even remember na if the guy was wearing shoes when he was 'dancing' coz you know that my eyes were glued somewhere else examining his anatomy!. haha..

alexis did his job. mara, wanted to have some pictures taken with him fully clothed. and so we did. kaloka talaga kasi not only that he looks like ping pero he sounds also like him nung nagsalita!. no, but we know hindi siya si ping. siguro pwede na siya for me!. ahaha.. char!. and then he left na. sana pala hinatid ko siya pababa at dun kami sa fire exit dumaan!. char!.

after the 'educational' show, may games din. like palakihan sa paggawa ng condom balloon. after which, may konting inumang naganap pero hindi ako masyado uminom since i didn't have a decent sleep. eventhough wala pa akong kain pagkagising ko, parang nabusog ako ng todo sa mga naganap na eksena.. laudable si alexis.. hehe..

i didn't plan it but i also wasn't able to help but cry a little. i cried because i am genuinely happy for kate. i even requested for celine dion's because you loved me para may moment talaga. yung song na kasi yun eh para tlaga sa mga everfriends ko. so sakto ung lyrics lalo na ung chorus.. haaay.

we went home at around 6am na but i needed money muna so pumunta muna kami ni tinie sa mcdo pra mag take-out ng hot choco at para maghanap ng chinabank atm sa greenbelt. at aun. after a very long, tiring, fun-filled day, i was able to have a nice sleep which i badly need.

shia labeouf was engaged in a car accident last week and was charged with misdemeanor DUI. but was afterwards determined that the accident was not his fault. shia is filming the movie Transformers 2. and with his 2 fingers mashed, the director said that they have to go around it. he's seen in the 2nd pic, still arm-casted but got the cig lit up in his right arm. i admit that he's cute/hot but sometimes come off as douche. note the word, sometimes. coz i am turning to be one of his fans. his work in the movies are entertaining but his acts off-cam are turning to be alarming. hope he straightens up his act.. off-cam that is.

Aussie's Glamorous Finals

Australian Open 2008 ladies final would be a battle of the beauty!.. I can forget that it would actually be a tennis championship match. It does not happen on a daily basis that a one gorgeous and talented tennis player would be pitted to another. And with Ana Ivanovic and Maria Sharapova on the finals match. It's a match made in photographers-heaven.. Ivanovic is a 6' footer stunner from Serbia who's currently ranked world #3 while Sharapova a blonde from Russia who towers 6'2" is a two-time grand slam champion ..Shutter-bugs would be everywhere. And the best part is they can really play tennis!!! They're even 2-2 in their head-to-head meetings. But I hope Ivanovic would win this one!..

We'll all know who'll be the champion on Saturday (tune into Star Sports), but who do you think is prettier??

disappointing (?)

Will Devaughn, a model and now a housemate of PBB, is said to have a nude video. Heresy said that on the video he was being "blown away" by an unknown sexy starlet. At one point, it's so disappointing not because he immortalized the scenario in a video clip but because he did it with someone who might have nothing between her ears. You know the typical sexy starlet who enjoys 15-minute or less fame in showbiz. But the real question is... where the hell is that video??!! I wanna see it and play it in my head over and over again.. Ahaha..

Alexandre Despatie

Alexandre Despatie is a French Canadian diver. Who was born on June 8, 1985 at Montreal, Canada. He began diving at age five (in his own backyard pool), and in the 2000 Summer Olympics finished in 4th place in the 10 metre platform.

At the Olympics in 2004 in Athens, Greece, he won the silver medal in the men's 3 metre springboard competition, but finished out of the medal standings in fourth place in the 10 metre platform. This finish was contrary to expectations going into the games, where he was expected to win silver or gold in 10 metre platform and not place in the springboard.

Despatie has a sponsorship agreement with McDonald's, and acts as an "ambassador", doing television advertisements and personal apperances.

Alexandre attends Collège André-Grasset and lives with his parents in Laval-sur-le-Lac, Quebec. In an interview with the CBC in the lead-up to the 2004 Olympics, he said he was interested in acting and television/movie production, and may pursue that as a career once he is no longer diving.

Chris Evans

Christopher Robert Evans was born last June 13, 1981. He is perhaps best known for his roles in the films Fantastic Four, Cellular andNot Another Teen Movie.

He was born in Sudbury, Massachusetts to a dentist father and a dancer mother. He has three siblings, Shanna, Scott and Carly. Evans is of Italian and Irish descent and is a Catholic. He graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in 1999. If he wasn't an actor, he had planned to attend NYU after graduating high school.


Career
After completing his junior year in H.S. he traveled to New York where he interned at a casting agency and took a summer acting program. That same summer he met an agent that helped him get his start in acting after completing high school. Evans had small parts on television series such as Boston Public and The Fugitive and a role in the TV series Oppsoite Sex before landing his first notable role as Jake Wyler in Not Another Teen Movie.


After filming wrapped on Not Another Teen Movie, Evans landed several more lead roles in The Perfect Score and Cellular. He also starred in a few independent films where audiences got to see a different side to Evans. In London, Evans played a strung out coke head. He was then chosen to play Human Torch in the 2005 comic book adaptation Fantastic Four.

Evans has worked opposite some of the biggest names in Hollywood, including Kim Basinger, Diane Lane, William H. Macy and Donald Sutherland. He was named 'Male Superstar of Tomorrow' at the 2005 Young Hollywood Awards. Evans has been featured in many well known magazine publications.

Recently Evans reprised the role of Johnny Storm/The Human Torch in the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Next up for Evans is the role of Diskant in The Night Watchman, co-starring Keanu Reeves, and Jimmy in The Loss of a Teardrop Diamond. The latter is based on a play created by Tennessee Williams. Both movies were announced to be out in 2008.

Breast cancer

Kylie was in Melbourne following the European stage of the tour when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, leading to the postponement of the remainder of the tour and her withdrawal from the Glastonbury Festival. She underwent surgery on 21 May 2005 at the private Catholic Cabrini Hospital in Malvern. Kylie issued a public statement, thanking her fans for their support and urging them not to worry. On 8 July 2005, she made her first public appearance after her surgery, when she visited a children's cancer ward at Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital.

On 11 November 2006, Minogue resumed her Showgirl - Homecoming Tour with a performance in Sydney, joking with the crowd that she was, after an 18 month delay, "fashionably late". Shooting Strait

Steven Strait

Steven Strait was born on March 23rd, 1986 in New York City, New York. He grew up in Manhattan's Greenwich Village, where he was exposed to the cultural arts at a young age...particularly in theater and music. He was educated at Public School Number Three before attending a Catholic high school, and though he would grow up a little faster than many thanks to his urban surroundings, the highly active youngster still found time to cut loose with a bit of basketball and boxing. His first job was replacing the weights others used at a loyal gym. It was during a workout session at the gym that Strait was scouted by Boss Models agent John Babin, and though the classically handsome teen had retained a manager since making his stage debut in a Village Community School musical, it was finally time to move on to bigger and better things. Subsequently sent by Babin to A&F Casting directly after signing with Boss.

Some of the magazines he has appeared in include L’Uomo Vogue, Spoon Magazine, Details, Surface Magazine and Pop Magazine. He is also highly sought after by top fashion photographers such as Dah Len, Peter Murdoch Ellen von Unwerth, and Bruce Weber. He has also modeled for Harleguin and Hollister advertisement campaigns.

Steven began taking acting lessons at the age of eleven, and at the age of thirteen he started to study theater and stage craft at the prestigious Stella Adler Conservatory in New York. For the next five years he continued to study both at Stella Adler and with various other teachers and schools, including Black Nexxus. Steven worked with some of the best photographers in the business before making his small screen debut in an episode of the popular television drama Third Watch.
