Sex and the City!!!

For a couple of months, a rumor that the much celebrated tv show Sex and the City will hit the big screen. But people were pesimistic if the whole gang will be back because of the rumor that before the show ended SJP and Kim Catty were fighting.

And now, it's official! They are currently filming the movie and they are more gorgeous than ever! It's been 3 and a half years since Sarah jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Kim Cattrall walked on the streets of Manhattan as Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York, Miranda Hobbes and Samantha Jones and doing what they do best. Being flirty and donning glam outfits and Manolo Blahniks while doing so.

Nostalgic Encounter and So Much More..

September 19.. It's the date that no matter what happens I will never ever forget because it simply is associated with a VERY VERY special person in my life. It was his birthday. But since he doesn't live around the block anymore, I never thought that I would be able to see him.

I was with my cousin smoking a marlboro lights (there's no marlboro menthol available) when I saw him walking and wearing a yellow shirt and maong shorts. Damn! He didn't change a bit. He still is drool-worthy! It's short of being an odd incident that in just a snap we returned to the usual conversation that we used to have. It was his birthday so being a manginginom that we are of course the emperador and red horse are overflowing.

We packed up a couple of minutes after 5am.. He then said that I should take things slow and gave a pretty good advice while holding my hands and gave me a very comforting and long hugs that you know I really loved! You see he said that he's been hearing stuffs which I did and he's not happy to say the least. We parted ways with him saying that he's concerned about me and should follow his advice for the sake of our "great past". Haaayyy..

Bandage Madness

Herve Leger introduced the ‘bandage’ dress to the fashion world; this style of dress celebrates the female form by smoothing and shaping the female silhouette to create a glamorous and seductive look. It may actually be Kim Kardashian (you know the girl on the sex video with Brandy's little brother) who re-ignited this latest frenzy.

Lindsay Lohan, Megan Fox, Victoria Beckham, Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Vivica A. Fox, Mariah Carey, Nicole Richie, Kate Bosworth, Beyonce, Catherine Zeta Jones and Jessica Biel have joined what is now known as the "Herve Leger Hoopla."

-- If I'm a socialite living in Hollywood with curves that even surpasses Ms. Monroe then I would wear this dress to show to everybody that I have curves and I'm proud of it.. But then again, I'm not. So why bother..

UP Pep Squad is the Champion!

The University of the Philippines (UP) Pep Squad blast its way to the top. Winning the 2007 UAAP cheerdance competition held at the Araneta Coliseum and ending the 5-year reign of University of Santo Tomas (UST) Salinggawi Dance Troupe.

The UP Pep Squad for the past 5 years had to settle for 2nd if not 3rd place while UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe dominated and was always hailed as the champion. But not this time, a difference of 0.5 was the only thing that UP needed to clinch the championship which they last acquired back in 2001. Needless to say, the competition was so tough. Everybody was giving their best.

The University of the Philippines (UP) Pep Squad bagged the championship with a score of 92.66, University of Santo Tomas (UST) Salinggawi Dance Troupe was second with 92.16, and Far Eastern University (FEU) Pep Squad grabbed the third place with a score of 91.66. The Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) Blue Bubble Battalion finished fourth, Adamson University (AdU) Pep Squad fifth, University of the East (UE) Pep Squad sixth, De La Salle University (DLSU) Pep Squad seventh and the National University (NU) Pep Squad eighth.

David Beckham did some serious hot photos for Motorola. Clearly, Motorola knows how to sell their product. But I don't know if I want to buy another Razr because the last time that I did, it was stolen.. So maybe I'll just settle for making the pics as my screen saver..!

Cruz + Mango

Penelope and her sister Monica Cruz designed a 25 piece collection with Spanish fashion retailer Mango and wore their creations to be the models as well. The collection is due to launch in-store on 16th September.

In Spain they officially launched the exclusive collection which will consists of a mix of red-carpet-inspired evening wear, jeans, knits and daywear based on their own fashion preferences. It all sounds very exciting especially the red-carpet-inspired evening wear.

About the range Penelope said, "This is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time. We just had to find the right people to do it with. We’ve always loved clothes – we used to hide in the bathroom with fashion magazines and say, ‘I want that one."

-- Am a huge mango fan.. And was quite stunned that the Cruz sisters are into fashion design. It seemed like they did some justice in the fashion line. They're so gorgeous!

Roger Federer the number 1 seed and his counterpart Justine Henin prevailed in US Open. Roger beat Novak Djokovic of Serbia to claim his 12th grand slam title (Pete Sampras in his entire career have 14).

On the women's draw Justine Henin had a tough draw. Meeting and beating Serena and Venus Williams en route to the final then stomping Svetlana Kuznetsova. Henin now have 7 grand slam titles. She moved past Venus who got 6 and trailing behind Serena who have 8.

if i remember it correctly it was november of 2006 that we, my gorgeous friends from high school have had a get-together. it's an over due but the fun that we had made up for the time bided. unfortunately, we're not really complete. tinie missed it because she's still at pgh being a fun nurse. and also ynah and leslie because they're in usa and canada respectively. though, we had a voice confe and webcam thingy thru ym.. well, you know that it would take some effort and a whole lot of credits on your cellphone to set up a get together. it's not a different scenario in my case. i played the part of being the "organizer" of this soiree. clearly, it's one of my major "duties" belonging in this great circle. it's a hurdle deciding where would the reunion take place. i volunteered our house. bad idea! i was sweating my ass off to have things in order because as a host you naturally want your guests to be comfortable but also i do not want to miss out a single line of our crazy conversation. you see i have some semi-oc disorder. hehe.. the effect was bring-your-own-food-so-that-we-can-eat-because-it's-not-somebody-else's-birthday.. and it worked! haha.. i can go on talking about how much fun we had. i just love this guys. but the bottom line is, it's nice to spend some time with the people who you know will always be there for you. simply said.

Alexandre Despatie

Alexandre Despatie is a French Canadian diver. Who was born on June 8, 1985 at Montreal, Canada. He began diving at age five (in his own backyard pool), and in the 2000 Summer Olympics finished in 4th place in the 10 metre platform.

At the Olympics in 2004 in Athens, Greece, he won the silver medal in the men's 3 metre springboard competition, but finished out of the medal standings in fourth place in the 10 metre platform. This finish was contrary to expectations going into the games, where he was expected to win silver or gold in 10 metre platform and not place in the springboard.

Despatie has a sponsorship agreement with McDonald's, and acts as an "ambassador", doing television advertisements and personal apperances.

Alexandre attends Collège André-Grasset and lives with his parents in Laval-sur-le-Lac, Quebec. In an interview with the CBC in the lead-up to the 2004 Olympics, he said he was interested in acting and television/movie production, and may pursue that as a career once he is no longer diving.

when's the turning point? am not having the best days of my life to say the least. everything's not going my way. am so disappointed with myself! it was the opportunity that i was waiting for but then i messed up. i lost interest. now i can't help but be sad about it. am having my mariah carey days.. maybe there's no need to dwell on what happenned.

And I love its nickname "Gomorrah of the Mediterranean". It's like it'll be doomed for nesting such "sinful parties". Ibiza along with Mykonos, which is on Greece, are said to be the gay mecca. I'd love to experience that first hand.. Hmmm..

got my balls..

thank god! i got my wish.. and that is to watch the us open 2007 on tv. it might be shallow but what the heck, it's my fave sport! thanks to the new channel on sky cable, the perfectly named "balls" which is on channel 33. though it seems like a new channel because it's just a test broadcast. hopefully they'll air the grand slam's matches..

i really love balls!!! haha..
